Dear Colleague,

The block of rooms at the conference hotel at the prefered rate of 79,-Euros per night, including breakfast buffet, is guaranteed only until November 15th. This is a really good rate for the hotel. If you plan to stay at this hotel make your reservations before the deadline!

The deadline on Nov 16th for submission of abstracts at GWDAW11 is also approaching. In the attempt to go back to a workshop format and conduct a productive discussion, the Scientific Organizing Committee is inviting contributions on specific themes. The conveners will also consider contributions outside of the specific themes, depending on various constraints. Please submit your abstract soon, so that the Scientific Organizing committee have time to best organize the program, based on the proposed contributions.

The workshop registration includes a copy of the proceedings of GWDAW11, that will be published as a special edition of CQG. The papers will be refereed, and the deadline for abstract submission will be in March 2007.

The conference dinner will be held at the conference hotel on the evening of tuesday 19th and it is also included in the registration fee.

Please browse the GWDAW11 web site at http://gwdaw11.aei.mpg.de/ for updates. A program layout is now available, however changes (shuffling of sessions) could still take place based on the results of the abstract submissions.
